Hydroxycut Gummies are a new diet product from one of the most popular diet pill companies. They are advertised to make weight loss easy and to help users slim down without using any harmful ingredients. It’s also a great-tasting way for people to try to lose weight, but does it work?
I have to admit, I was skeptical: can a gummy supplement really make a difference in a person’s weight?
What’s Inside Hydroxycut Gummies?
The Hydroxycut Gummies formula consists of two blends: Hydroxyprovia and Hydroxagen. Let’s see what’s in these two compounds:
Hydroxyprovia:
• Lady’s mantle extract
• Olive extract
• Cumin extract
• Wild mint extract
Hydroxagen:
• Goji extract
• Acerola concentrate
• Blueberry
• Pomegranate
• Bilberry extract
I was surprised to learn that Hydroxyprovia has been clinically proven to bring about weight loss. In a 2011 clinical study, obese subjects who used this ingredient combination reduced their BMIs by an average of 4.3 points after three months.
Unfortunately, none of the ingredients in Hydroxagen are proven to promote weight loss in human subjects. Pomegranate and blueberry provide cleansing antioxidants, but neither has shown any weight loss abilities in humans.
That being said, many Hydroxycut users are satisfied with their results.
How Do You Use Hydroxycut Gummies?
Eat two gummies 30 minutes before each meal every day. Do not snack between meals. Don’t exceed six gummies in a 24-hour period.

Yes, this tastes good and yes it has some of the same ingredients as other Hydroxycut products, but for me it doesn’t work the same. I didn’t feel the same energy boost. I have lost about 7 lbs in the 3 weeks I’ve been taking them but I am also making sure to work out at least 3 times a week. I do aerobics and yoga so maybe I need to add some more weights to my routine too.

Thoughts this was a different kind of way to lose weight so I bought it. I have only used it a few times now but it tastes good. I don’t really notice a great decrease in my appetite and I still have cravings but I have been able to resist those cravings so far so maybe that’s a benefit. I definitely like taking these more than swallowing as many as 6 pills with some diet pills I have taken.

I really like the taste, my friend had some. I am going to order and see if they work for me. I can’t swallow pills without seriously gagging and sometimes throwing up so I hope these work to help me lose like 10 to 15 lbs. Just joined the gym to so I hope the combo of this and working out more helps me.

Today is my first day trying this I really hope I lose weight.

Just started the gummies about a week ago..I only chew one 30 minutes before a meal..and if I wait the full 30 minutes.–IT WORKS!!! BUT if I cheat and eat before then it doesn’t…For me the key is…PATIENCE. ALSO, I NOTICED THAT IT DOES SEEM TO GIVE ME A LITTLE BURST OF ENERGY..so it helps to do some kind of quick exercise while waiting for my 30 minutes..even at work..everyone walks a little.

Tried it for the first time today. We’ll see how this goes. So far I say tell that it curbed my appetite. Could it be psychological for me since it’s my first time taking them? Maybe. But I’ll keep taking them and see if they are consistent within the next couple of days.

I don’t know if I have lost any weight nor do I know if it’s really working. I haven’t felt a BIG or small difference. I haven’t weighed myself since I started taking it on sunday 2/3/3013. So I’ll weigh myself this sunday and get back.

I have been taking these for 3 days now and i must say i feel different. On the bottle it says for best results keep taking them for 8-12 weeks. Its hard for me to take them 30 minutes before my meal especially when im hungry. So the best thing i do is i take them then i set my timer for 30minutes. Then in the mean time i read a book or watch tv (: the hardest part for me is not having a snack in between meals, coming from a girl that likes to eat that is horrible haha but i would recommend this to anyone that wants to lose those last 20-10 pounds (:

AI love these Gummies! I have been on them for about 8 days and iam down 10lbs.. Have not worked out but i seem to be up and moving around a lot more with my 2 year old! I have been eating really heathly, no eating between or after meals , no soda!Just wish there were more gummies in the bottle!! but no complains really! love it…

3/6/13 My first day doing the hydroxy Gummies.Wired after taste but doable?For sum one that can Not stand any form of pills.My friend is doing it with me .To lose stomach mass.U will have Gas/ Bathrm visits.Im okay with it so far? They do taste a little odd if you’re chewing and chewing, but a chew, chew, swallow isn’t bad – I can’t wait 1/2 hour but I take them before I eat and I find I’m SUPER full after I eat about half of what I start with.
I’m looking forward to getting married in a slimmer body this summer – hopefully, this will help.
I only chew one gummy – I’ve used the pills before and they made me too jittery – and with ADD that’s hard to work with – but I like the gummies and plan on taking them until I get to the weight I want to be at.

The taste is…different…they start out ok then get gross then get ok again. So tolerable overall. I’m one of those people that is optimistic about these things and I really wanted them to work but I haven’t seen any appetite being curbed and haven’t lost any weight. I attribute the 1 lb lost so far to working out, as that will do that for me.

Taste good, but started getting headaches after 4th day. I may have been taking them too close together throughout the day. I’m going to try again leaving 5hrs in between and see if that works.

Love the taste. I’ve lost 3lbs in a week! I also workout 3 days a week for 60 mins as well as limit myself to 1500 calories a day.

Today is my first day taking them, never tried a diet supplement before always been skeptical! asking questions like does this really work for black people especially. I have always had problems or should I say been self concious about my weight ever since I can remember. I have tried the working out, the so called eating right(I guess I was doing it right) cant afford a personal trainer so here goes. Today I took the 2 in 30 mins. b4 I ate breakfast and actually got a boost of energy(I think so, got lightheaded) but I feel like this might be the first time I have done something that might work for a heavy set woman like myself! will keep you posted for results every 3-4 days:)

I like it so far it kinda taste like prunes but I like prunes. It does if nothing else make me think about what I am eating . I have not been craving auger as much. This is my first week. I’m not sure if I have lost weight I will weigh next week.

I bought a bottle today before I even opened them the foil on top was not flat, it was rounded. the gummies taste nasty! I think I may have gotten a bad bottles just hate that I threw away $25.00

I give it 5 stars!!! Best product ive ever tried. I dont understand how people want it to taste delicious its a freakin weight supplement of course its going to taste a little odd. I’m 20 years old and my weight was 125 and i slimmed down to 121 in a week.
If you guys want to lose weight you cant just take a supplement, you have to make sure you eat right and excersise a lot !! and most important drink lots of lots of water !!!!!

Today is my fourth day and ive lost 3lbs. I have dieting and exercising in addition to taking a b12 chew. The only negative is that im super gassy today and have a major headache. I usually do one per meal but took the recommended amount. Wish I didn’t. I will skip tomorrow and begin again the next day. Other than that I love it!

I cant truly say that after taking these gummies for just 4 days I can see a difference in my eating habits. I love food and I always suffered from eating too much at one time, but since I’ve chosen this product I don’t eat as much. Sometimes I can just eat the gummies and be satisfied. I would recommend this product to anyone who seriously wants to lose weight and not take those horse pills that choke you! As far as enery goes, I guess, but the curbing your appetite is what’s important to me.

I have been taking them for about two weeks now. I have lost 5 pounds within the time I have been taking them. I have been dieting for 2 months now and have lost a total of 15 pounds but I have lost a large amount of inches. My results may have been better but I eat those inbetweeen healthy snacks. This is working for me.

I’ve been taking them for a week, I’ve worked out three days this week and haven’t done much snacking. I’ve seen no results. The only thing they might be doing is stopping me from gaining. I’ve been consistantly at the same weight this entire week. I try to eat right, I consistantly work out, but since I got married (10 months) and was down for four weeks after surgery, I needed help getting back. This product hasn’t helped. In all fairness its only been a week.. but I think I will return them today. For $25 I need to see something after a week. The taste is bad but if you chew and swallow fast you can get through it. I think I will move to a product that is more aggressive and claims to burn fat.

Bought the bottle just yesterday. Started at breakfast this morning, and took the gummies 30 minutes before i ate. I noticed and was crazy surprised I could not finish my breakfast, less than half eaten. Of course I am working on what I eat and continuing to exercise like always. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next couple of days.

I work long hours at work so its hard to get any sort of a work out in. Im hoping that the gummies will be a good starting point to get fit again. im 26 years old, 125lbs. Im only looking to drop 10-15. anything more would be too much. I think they taste great for what they do. I hate taking pills so the gummies are fantastic. Ive only been taking them for a day and a half now but have already noticed that my energy is up, my appetite is down and my desire to snack in between meals has almost completely vanished. I already have good eating habits so Im hoping that the results will show quickly.

I just bought a bottle and I’m really hoping that I can drop some weight. I’ve always had problems loosing weight. I believe that when a person has a Thyroid condition it’s impossible to loose. My weight stays the same. I eat well and excercise doing curves. Lets see in a week or so. Wish me luck!!

Still waiting to see. So far, I like them and it has been about a week. I noticed I am not overeating as much though it’s true you do need to wait the 30 minutes. I got used to the taste. I didn’t want to have crazy energy like when I took the pills years ago as I get palpitations, but these don’t do that which is nice. Exercising more, I will wait to see how much I lose in 2 weeks.

2. The first couple of weeks I lost 2 lbs. but I haven’t cut down eating or exercised either. It’s been 4 weeks and still only 2 lbs. maybe the cutting out eating so much and exercise might help. When any diet product says you don’t need exercise or cut down on your eating isn’t necessary don’t believe it. They are necessary!!! I’ll keep you informed.

I’m on my second bottle!!…Im not loosing alot of weight but Im gaining muscle!! I work out 4 – 5 days a week! My clothes are looser, so something is working!! I get cravings but they soon pass..and I losing more of a appetite .
